Who we are

DDP was co-founded in 2020 with a key focus on partnering with clients. We maximise value by truly understanding the people we work with and the organisational context we work in to discover, design and deliver business and digital solutions perfectly tailored to companies like yours.

We are a diverse group of process improvement experts passionate about solving business problems and transforming organisations through human-centred design and delivery. Our partnerships are truly collaborative, and our deep expertise and experience, together with our ability to understand business needs beyond the surface level, mean we deliver excellence in all that we do.

Why DDP?

We are small and agile, with an in-house team of can-do ninjas with digital transformation, business analysis and change management skills. There are no “cookie-cutter” solutions offered. Our unique position in the market is to provide bespoke solutions quickly, seamlessly and with as little pain as possible.

Our team are unique in our depth and breadth of experience. We have successfully delivered multiple large-scale Business and Digital Transformation programs, in addition to our leadership team establishing and growing a multi-award winning Centre of Excellence. ​
