DDP was co-founded in 2020 by two women who lead the business as co-Directors. We partner closely with clients, and we maximise value by understanding the people we work with and the context we work in, so we can shape strategy, transformation and digital and data solutions tailored to you.

We are small and agile, with a senior in-house team skilled in strategy, business analysis, change management and automation. We do not do cookie-cutter solutions. We shape each solution around your context, and we deliver it quickly, seamlessly and with as little disruption as possible.

With more than 20 years of experience delivering complex change across challenging environments, our team brings deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, rapid process redesign, delivery and change management.  Our Co-Directors also established and scaled a multi award winning Centre of Excellence, building the capability, governance and delivery disciplines needed to drive sustainable improvement.
