Co-Founder, Director and Lead Partner, Business Engagement
Lakshmi is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience leading Digital and Business Transformation programs, establishing award-winning Centres of Excellence, Strategic Redesign and Digital Strategy, and co-founding DDP. Lakshmi's team leadership, coaching and mentoring experience is extensive and spans a career across Management Consulting, Government (Federal and Local), Superannuation, Higher Education, Banking, Start-ups and Telecommunications.
Mandy Snashall
Co-Founder, Director and Lead Partner, Solutions Design
Mandy is a strategic problem solver with over 15 years of experience leading Business and Digital Transformation programs, including running an award-winning Centre of Excellence and co-founding DDP. Mandy specialises in designing simple solutions to complex problems through process re-engineering, human-centred co-design and holistic solution delivery. Mandy's team leadership, coaching and mentoring experience spans a career across Higher Education, Government, Defence, NGOs, Health Regulation, Hospitality and Startups.

Known for her ability to distil challenges and achieve results in dynamic environments, Jan brings a collaborative, hands-on approach to every project.

Tania has deep experience in leadership coaching, facilitation, equity, wellbeing and organisational development across the Australian university and government sectors. With senior leadership experience spanning student engagement, admissions and residential communities, Tania is skilled at leading complex, people-centred programs in large and devolved environments. She brings a collaborative, coaching-led approach to support organisations through change and growth with a focus on meaningful outcomes.
