Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

Digital Design Partners Reconciliation Action Plan

Acknowledgement of Country

Digital Design Partners (DDP) acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work and live. Our team operates across the lands of the Ngunnawal, Ngambri, Gadigal, and Gumbaynggirr peoples, and we pay our respects to Elders past and present. We recognise the deep knowledge, resilience, and cultural heritage of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their ongoing connection to Country.

Our Vision for Reconciliation

At DDP, reconciliation is more than a statement—it is embedded in how we work, collaborate, and grow as an organisation. We are committed to strengthening Indigenous representation within our business and the broader digital and business transformation sector. We seek to build meaningful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, organisations, and businesses, ensuring our work fosters inclusivity, respect, and opportunity.

Our Business

DDP is a remote-first business and digital transformation consultancy based in the Australian Capital Territory. We specialise in service design, digital strategy, process automation, organisational change, and IT policy development, working across government, higher education, and the cultural sector. Our team operates virtually, allowing us to work flexibly and inclusively with clients across Australia.
